Since 2 March 2025, and as of the end of the reporting period, no aid has been delivered to Gaza due to Israel&#8217;s suspension of the entry of goods and supplies. This compares to 26.4K metric tonnes (t) of aid delivered through the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2720 Mechanism in February 2025, and a monthly average of 7.6K t since May 2024. In terms of overall aid delivered through the Mechanism, food constitutes most of the consignments (74%) followed by shelter items (18%). As of 30 April 2025, a total of over 124,000 t of aid (over 182,000 pallets) were in the pipeline of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2720 Mechanism, approved by COGAT but still pending delivery to Gaza.<\/p>\n<p>Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Security Council Resolution 2720 (2023) mandated the establishment of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2720 Mechanism for Gaza with the objective of accelerating the provision of humanitarian relief consignments to Gaza. The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Office for Project Services (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵOPS) is responsible for the operation and management of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2720 Mechanism for Gaza. Data collection for the Cyprus Maritime Corridor route started on 26 April 2024. Data collection for the Jordan Corridor and other routes started on 1 July 2024. This report presents data on aid delivered to Gaza through the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2720 Mechanism, not the totality of aid to Gaza. The numbers expressed in this report reflect data available and are subject to change reflecting the movement of consignments and the dynamic nature of the context.
