Almost a quarter of the victims were children.<\/p>\n Rising violence by Israeli settlers and armed forces is accompanied and fueled by impunity.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, de facto annexation continues to accelerate as settlements expand.<\/p>\n The International Court of Justice has ruled that the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, is illegal and must cease.<\/p>\n International law applies to everyone, everywhere.
