Andreea Scrio?teanu (she/her) is an enthusiastic youth advocate from Romania, fighting for youth rights ever since her school years. She was a Vice-President of the European Youth Forum (YFJ) between 2024-26, where she first got involved representing the Romanian Youth Council (CTR), and has been particularly active in advocacy for youth rights, European integration and sustainability.

She has represented youth as an observer in the co-management system of the Council of Europe, and has been working to ensure a youth perspective is integrated into the 10th Conference of Youth Ministers in Malta.

Andreea is an advocate for the universal recognition of youth rights and has been engaging in Human Rights Council sessions as part of her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and an Advanced Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from Leiden University.
