Puneet Singhal is a disability rights advocate, accessibility professional, and Community Lead at the Global Network of Young Persons with Disabilities (GNYPWD). He is also co-founder of and leads initiatives such as the , advancing human rights, democratic values, and community participation in New Delhi.

A listee in Social Impact for his work through , Puneet works at the intersection of disability, climate change, mental health, and urbanisation. He received the Commonwealth Innovation Award 2023 for his contributions to disability inclusion and serves as an Assistive Technology Consultant with the International Disability Alliance.

Born into poverty and having experienced domestic violence, Puneet draws on his lived experiences to advocate for marginalized communities and systemic change. As a person with dyspraxia, dyslexia, and a stutter, he combines lived experience with professional expertise to advance disability rights, accessibility, and inclusion.
