Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Energy Leaders Meet to Discuss Way Forward
Heads of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Energy organizations met virtually on 13 September for their annual Principals meeting to share ideas for how Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Energy can best accelerate action on SDG7 for universal energy access and a just, inclusive and equitable energy transition. The session was led by Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Energy Co-Chairs Achim Steiner, Administrator of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵDP, and Damilola Ogunbiyi, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy for All, as well as Li Junhua, Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs and head of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ DESA, which serves as the secretariat for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Energy.
