Choosing Leadership Roles
One of the first decisions in planning an Model Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ conference is: Who will be included in the leadership roles, and how will they be selected? An accurate Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ simulation needs to consider the leadership structure of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ entities.
This guide focuses on the GA, the , and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Secretariat. A list of other leadership roles in the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ family is provided in the appendices. To a certain extent, the number of leadership positions will depend on the size of the conference. That being said, the list of leadership positions outlined in the following pages of this guide are recommended for GA simulations.
