43. The Committee continued to follow up on the implementation of the recommendations of the three external quality assessments of OIOS divisions. Of the 22 recommendations addressed to the investigations function (14 to OIOS and 8 to the Secretariat), 16 have been implemented and 3 remain in progress. The remaining three recommendations addressed to the Secretariat concerning the sharing of investigation reports with subjects and the mandatory use of alternative dispute resolution were closed without implementation, consistent with existing administrative issuances.
