Aviation is critical to the continuity and safe delivery of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ programmes. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵDSS provides Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ organizations and their staff with policy, guidance and information on global commercial air operators. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵDSS ensures quality, evidence-based information is available to the global Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ System to enable decision-making for the suitability of air operators for use in official Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ travel.

The work of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵDSS enables the conduct of global Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ activities. By providing confidence that air operators have been assessed for safety, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ staff (beneficiaries of our work) can focus their attention on critical humanitarian, development and peacekeeping duties - wherever in the world they are located or may travel.
