Mogens Lykketoft, President of the 70th session of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly met the President of Romania, Mr. Klaus Iohannis. They talked about the need for a common effort by the European Union and the United Nations  in order to address the global refugee crisis.
