Mr. Mogens Lykketoft, the President of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly, met with Mr. Habib Essid, Prime Minister of Tunisia. Mr. Essid congratulated the President on assuming the presidency of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly and they discussed the agenda of the 70th session.  They discussed the increasing threat of violent extremism across the Middle East as well as in parts of Africa and Europe and the need to work together to take meaningful steps towards addressing these challenges.
