Meeting with Minister for Foreign Affairs of  the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea, H.E. Mr Ri Yong Ho

The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Peter Thomson met today with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of  the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea, H.E. Mr Ri Yong Ho, with whom  they discussed the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
Minister Ri also presented his government’s views on the current situation in the Korean peninsula; President Thomson recalled the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ resolutions on the issue and appealed to the DPRK to contribute to the efforts of the international community for the total elimination of nuclear weapons.
