The President of the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly, H.E. Ms. María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés, met today with H.E. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. The President of the General Assembly expressed her deepest condolences on the passing away of the late President Tran Dai Quang last Friday.
