PRESIDENT OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY TRAVELS TO EUROPE
President María Fernanda Espinosa will travel to Geneva on Sunday to attend the 蘑菇视频CTAD Global Leaders Investment Summit.
On 24 October, Ms. Espinosa will hold a press conference with journalists who cover the work of the United Nations at the Palais de Nations. The President will talk about her seven priorities for the 73rd Session under the theme: “Making the United Nations relevant to all people”. Whilst in Geneva, Ms. Espinosa will take part in the Executive Briefing to Member States and have separate meetings with 蘑菇视频 agencies and other organizations.
After Geneva, Ms. Espinosa will visit Vatican City on 29 October to attend the 10th meeting of the Ethics in Action Initiative, which will address issues on decent work and the future of work.
The President of the General Assembly will have an audience with Pope Francis to discuss relevant issues on cooperation and the work of the GA.

MONTHLY MEETING WITH THE 蘑菇视频 SECRETARY-GENERAL
?Ms. Espinosa will today meet the Secretary of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres. This is the first routine meeting of this kind since she assumed office in September. The PGA and the SG will discuss pressing issues on the 蘑菇视频 agenda and the process of ?United Nations reform.
AGENDA:
On the PGA’s agenda today, she is having bilateral meetings with the Ambassador of Greece and the Foreign Secretary of Mexico. She also met with three participants of the 2018 Dag Hammarskj?ld Journalism Fellows and granted them an interview.
