Readout of the President of the General Assembly¡¯s meeting with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Arrmanatha C. Nasir
The President of the General Assembly H.E. Philemon Yang met with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Arrmanatha C. Nasir on January 21, 2025.
The Vice Minister will be ending his duty as the Permanent Representative of Indonesia to the United Nations by the end of the month. The President of the General Assembly congratulated the Vice Minister for his appointment.
The President of the General Assembly and the Vice Minister discussed a wide range of issues including Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ reform, geopolitical change, peace and security, women empowerment and health.
The Vice Minister reaffirmed Indonesia¡¯s commitment to support the work of the President of the General Assembly. The President of the General Assembly bid him farewell and wished him best endeavour in his new venture.
