In a meeting co-chaired by the Assistant Secretary-General for Field Support and the Assistant Secretary-General for Central Support Services held on 30 July 2013 at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵHQ, a delegation from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) briefed interested Member States on the results of their recent study, which was conducted to assist the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Secretariat with the establishment of performance based specifications for air charter requirements and to prepare the transition to a modified solicitation methodology in the form of Request for Proposal (RFP).
