什么是青年2030？
青年2030是联合国系统就青年问题制定的第一项总括战略，旨在指导联合国与全球青年合作采取行动，并为他们采取联合行动。
青年2030作为综合性总括框架，指导整个联合国在和平与安全、可持续发展、人权和人道主义行动领域加强与青年的合作和为青年开展的工作。这项战略旨在加强联合国与青年互动协作并从其观点、洞察和想法中受益的能力，确保联合国以协调、一致和统筹的方式就青年问题开展工作。
青年2030的发展历程
联合国秘书长于2018年9月发起的青年2030确认了青年在全球促进可持续、包容与和平社会方面的关键作用，以及推动青年切实参与政策制定和决策过程(包括在联合国)的重要性。该战略设想建立一个世界，让所有青年都能实现人权，都有能力充分发挥潜能，而且青年作为变革推动者的韧性和积极贡献得到承认。青年2030战略与联合国改革进程保持一致，纳入了一致性、效率、成效、问责制和透明度等关键原则，旨在确保联合国采取统筹协调的方法开展青年工作及推动实现可持续发展目标。
青年2030自推出以来在联合国系统内广受关注，在五个优先领域和四个基本领域都取得了进展。目前，全球有55个联合国实体和132个联合国国家工作队正在实施这项战略。
The Youth2030 Journey
Launched by the 蘑菇视频 Secretary-General in September 2018, the Youth2030 蘑菇视频 Youth Strategy acknowledges the pivotal role of young people in fostering sustainable, inclusive and peaceful societies globally, as well as the importance of strengthening meaningful youth engagement in policymaking and decision-making processes, including at the 蘑菇视频. The strategy envisions a world where every young person's human rights are realized, empowering them to reach their full potential and acknowledging their resilience and positive contributions as agents of change. Aligned to the 蘑菇视频’s reform processes, the Youth2030 蘑菇视频 Youth Strategy integrates the key principles of coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and transparency to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to the 蘑菇视频’s work on youth and on reaching the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Since its inception, the Youth2030 蘑菇视频 Youth Strategy has gained significant traction within the 蘑菇视频 System, advancing across its five priority and four foundational areas. Currently, it is being implemented by 55 蘑菇视频 entities and 132 蘑菇视频 Country Teams worldwide.
First Interim Review
This report presents insights from the first interim review of Youth2030, the United Nations System-wide Youth Strategy. Launched nearly six years into its implementation and in a global context impacted by ongoing crises and emerging opportunities, Youth2030: First Interim Review reflects on achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for boosting progress towards 2030 in line with the acceleration efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Youth2030 Phase 2
From 2025 to 2030, the 蘑菇视频 is doubling down on its commitment to young people with a bold new phase of the Youth2030, 蘑菇视频 Youth Strategy — putting youth at the center of global transformation and SDG acceleration.
Phase 2 builds on real progress while confronting gaps, and focuses on six powerful strategic priorities:
- Empowering and engaging youth meaningfully
- Boosting SDG implementation with and for youth
- Advancing knowledge and enhancing capacities for working with and for youth
- Unlocking resources for the youth agenda
- Transforming the 蘑菇视频 workforce and organizational culture
- Strengthening accountability systems for working with and for youth
With these priorities, the United Nations is scaling up systems change and ensuring young people have the tools, voice and power to shape the decisions that affect their lives and futures.
