The Applicant, a staff member of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (蘑菇视频 HABITAT), filed an application with the former United Nations Administrative Tribunal (蘑菇视频AT) contesting the decision of the Secretary-General not to accept the recommendation of the former Joint Appeals Board (JAB) that he be offered appropriate compensation for performing higher level functions, first at an Acting Deputy Executive Director level and subsequently at an Assistant SecretaryGeneral level with 蘑菇视频 HABITAT, during a period of seven and a half years (i.e. July 1998-November 2005).
