The role of the Board
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCCT benefits from the advice of an Advisory Board consisting of 20 Member States and the European Union (EU) as guest member. Ambassador Abdulaziz Al-Wasil, Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, chairs the Advisory Board.
The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCCT Advisory Board provides advice to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCCT Executive Director, the Under-Secretary-General of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµOCT, on the Centre¡¯s programme of work including budget, programmes and projects.
The Centre updates the Advisory Board on a quarterly basis on the progress in the implementation of its programmes and projects. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCCT also submits Annual Reports, which report on the substantive and financial performance of all capacity-building programmes and projects implemented during the reporting year, programme management, engagement with the Advisory Board, Member States and Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ entities, communications and visibility, resource mobilization, and strategic priorities.

5-Year Programme of Work
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCCT's 5-Year Programme for 2016-2020 responds to the growing need for strategic and impactful capacity building to requesting Member States in support of their efforts to implement the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy.
