Independent Final Project Evaluation: Gender and Identity Factors Platform

The independent final evaluation of the Gender and Identity Factors Platform (GIFP), funded by Canada, assessed the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and integration of human rights, gender equality, disability inclusion, and leave no one behind considerations from April 2021 to July 2026. The evaluation found GIFP strongly aligned with the 蘑菇视频 Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy and the Women, Peace and Security agenda, and effective in delivering substantial outputs, including quality knowledge products, training tools, a Resource Library, Communities of Practice for Member States, Civil Society, and Training of Trainers alumni, and learning events – responding to a gap in gender-responsive CT/PCVE through a strong rights-based and intersectional approach. The evaluation generated five recommendations that will help advance sustainability pathways and institutional uptake.
