Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµAT affirmed the findings of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµDT that Mr Adundo¡¯s application was receivable. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµAT then considered the merits of the Secretary-General¡¯s appeal.
